Delete your account

From the app, in three taps

Open the Profile tab, then Delete my account, and confirm. Deletion is immediate and final: it needs nothing from us.

If you can no longer sign in

Write to contact@findyourdresses.com from the e-mail address of your account. We delete the account within thirty days and confirm it to you in reply.

What is erased

Your profile, your profile and portfolio photographs, your favourites, and for a boutique its dresses — the files themselves, not only the entries.

What is kept, and why

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists.

After the account is deleted: the profile and the photographs are erased within 30 days. Messages are kept for one year, so that a report can be dealt with. Proof of consent is kept for five years, the period during which it may be asked of us.
