1. Who processes your data
Find Your Dresses
254 rue Vendôme, 69003 Lyon, France
SIRET: 904 228 871 00011
Contact: contact@findyourdresses.com
For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights, write to contact@findyourdresses.com.
2. What we collect
For every account: first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, city, password (never readable by us), and the date of your consents.
For professional accounts: date of birth, in order to check that you are an adult. Depending on your activity: boutique name and address, logo, description, Instagram, dress types, SIRET, measurements, level of experience, gender, occupation, services and rates, portfolio photographs.
Optional for everyone: full postal address.
The GPS position of your telephone is used only if you allow it, at the moment you ask for professionals to be sorted by proximity. It is processed on your device: it is neither stored nor transmitted.
The city you enter, on the other hand, is saved in your profile with its geographic coordinates. It is what allows boutiques to be sorted from the closest to the farthest.
3. What is public, what is not
Public, visible without an account: the profiles of boutiques, models and beauty professionals — name or boutique name, city, photograph, description, portfolio, and for boutiques the address if it has been filled in.
Never public: your e-mail address, your telephone number, your date of birth, your postal address, your consents. This information is kept apart and is accessible only to you.
A client’s profile is never visible to other members.
4. Why, and on what basis
Running your account and the service: performance of the contract formed by the terms of use.
Publishing your professional profile and displaying your photographs: your consent, collected when you register and withdrawable at any time.
Verifying your e-mail and your telephone, preventing fake accounts and dealing with reports: our legitimate interest in the security of the service and the protection of its members.
Verifying that you are an adult for a professional account: the obligation to protect minors.
5. For how long
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists.
After the account is deleted: the profile and the photographs are erased within 30 days. Messages are kept for one year, so that a report can be dealt with. Proof of consent is kept for five years, the period during which it may be asked of us.
6. Who else has access
Google (Firebase) hosts the application, the database, the photographs, authentication and the sending of codes by SMS. Your data is stored on servers located in the United States, under the contractual safeguards provided for by European law.
The French State’s Adresse API receives the name of the city you type into the search field, in order to suggest matches. No other information is passed to it.
The application reports the technical incidents it meets to Google (Firebase Crashlytics) — the screen concerned and the nature of the failure — so that they can be repaired. These reports are not attached to your account.
No data is sold, rented or passed on for advertising purposes. The application contains neither advertising trackers nor audience measurement.
6 bis. The findyourdresses.com website
The website does not measure its audience, shows no advertising and places no advertising tracker. The typefaces are served from our own servers: no request goes to a third party when the page opens.
One exception only, and it waits for your agreement: the home page offers a video hosted by Instagram (Meta). Until you have accepted, nothing is loaded from Instagram and no tracker is placed. If you accept, Instagram places its own trackers, under its own policy.
Your choice is recorded for six months, in your browser only — it is passed to no one, ourselves included. You can change it at any time through the Third-party content link at the bottom of the home page.
This rule applies to every visitor, whatever the country they are browsing from.
7. Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability over your data.
Most of them are exercised directly in the application: correcting your profile, deleting a photograph, closing your account. For the rest, write to the contact address.
If an answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris — cnil.fr. If you live outside France, you may also refer it to the supervisory authority of the country you live in.
8. Minors
Professional accounts are reserved for adults.
A client account may be created by a minor in order to book a fitting at a boutique. No sensitive data is requested. A legal representative may ask for the account to be deleted at any time.
9. Security
Access to the database is governed by rules that forbid a member from reading or modifying another member’s data. Private information is kept separate from public profiles. Passwords are handled by Google and are never accessible to us.
