2. What Find Your Dresses does

Find Your Dresses connects clients, dress boutiques, models and beauty professionals.

The application provides tools to present, to search and to get in touch. It does not organise the service itself: the negotiation, any contract and the payment happen directly between the people concerned, outside the application.

Find Your Dresses is neither an employer, nor an agency, nor a payment intermediary. No commission is taken on its members’ services, sales or hires.

3. Creating an account

Browsing the catalogue is free and requires no account. An account becomes necessary to book a fitting, to contact a member or to save favourites.

A professional account — boutique, model, beauty — is reserved for adults. A client account is open to minors: a teenager may book a fitting at a boutique, accompanied by her legal representatives.

You undertake to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what is done from your account.

4. What you publish

You remain the owner of your texts and your photographs. By publishing them, you allow Find Your Dresses to display them in the application for the purposes of the service.

You certify that you hold the necessary rights over every photograph published, including the agreement of the people who appear in it.

The following are forbidden: content contrary to the law, photographs of others published without their agreement, impersonation, hateful speech, sexual content, and any advertising unrelated to the service.

5. Booking a fitting

A fitting request sets a time agreed between you and the boutique. It carries no sale, no hire and no payment within the application.

The prices shown are indicative and are the sole responsibility of the boutique. The terms of sale, hire, deposit or cancellation are those of the boutique.

6. Professional subscriptions

Paid plans may be offered to professionals. They pay for features and visibility provided by Find Your Dresses. They guarantee no assignment, no contract, no income and no commercial result.

Subscriptions taken out from the application are billed by the App Store or Google Play. Their renewal, their cancellation and any refund are handled from the account of the store concerned.

7. Reporting and moderation

Any profile, any photograph and any message can be reported from the application.

An account may be suspended or deleted in case of unlawful content, impersonation, abusive behaviour towards another member, or repeated breach of these terms. Messages may be consulted while a report is being dealt with.

8. Liability

Find Your Dresses connects people but is not a party to the relationships that form between its members. It guarantees neither the quality, nor the availability, nor the conformity of the services, dresses or offers proposed.

The information published by members is their sole responsibility. Find Your Dresses endeavours to keep the service available without being able to guarantee it continuously.

9. Closing your account

You may delete your account at any time from the application. Deletion erases your profile, your photographs and your favourites.

Some data may be kept where the law requires it, or for the time needed to deal with an ongoing report.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be modified. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its date. The version you accepted when you registered and the date of your agreement are kept, and can be sent to you on request.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.

In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. A consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Failing agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction.

Language

This page is an English translation, provided for convenience. In case of any difference, the French version is the one that applies.
